CMG S.p.A. manufactures granulators for grinding up thermoforming scraps.

During thermoforming, plastic sheet or film is heat-molded into shape with the aid of a vacuum or pressure.

This process makes end products from a vast range of technopolymers, the most common of which are:

- ABS
- PET
- PS
- PP
- PLA

APPLICATIONS AREAS
C.M.G. granulators and shredders are designed to meet all scrap recovery needs in this particular sector, turning: molding scraps skeletons line start-up scraps into granules. The range of granulators is unique in its versatility for thermoforming applications and with over 50 versions it offers: in-line versions stand-alone versions under shear version high-performance models in terms of capacity and grinding quality versions for recovering leftovers, scrap and purges
