CMG S.p.A. manufactures granulators and shredders for recovering waste bottles and/or blow molded objects obtained from production processes or separate garbage collection. 

If the waste is in bales it is first roughly reduced in size by an initial shredding process, it is then passed through a granulator to obtain uniform ground waste suitable for producing new objects or regranulates from:

• PET

• PE

• HDPE

• LDPE

• PP

TREATED MATERIALS


The shredders and granulators can process:

  • loose bottles

  • bottles with residual contents

  • bales of crushed bottles
