Recycling

Recycling of waste and recovery of materials is and will be more important for every economy.

Recycling is an important economic aspect; CMG S.p.a. with over thirty years of experience in building quality granulators and shredders, can offer excellent machineries for the recovery of different rejects.

CMG granulators and/or shredders, are used for industrial or post-consumer recycling of different materials: general plastics, used bottles, wood scraps, paper and document, power cable, fiber and textile, film, tires, etc. 

For post-consumer recycling, large pieces of waste material or entire bales, are first roughly size reduced by initial shredding process, then, when a further reduction is required, a granulator can be used to obtain a granule-flake size, suitable for regeneration or reuse into production processes.

These processes makes it possible to reuse a lot of waste materials, saving money and transforming them into new or reusable raw materials.
